As a Product Designer, Sim thrives on diving into user challenges, uncovering core issues, and crafting solutions and has been doing so at OpenTable for almost ten years. When not doing this, he can be found baking cakes (once applied for The Great British Bake Off but didn’t get picked), or working out which foods taste best during ultra running races.
